002. I'd like you to make your own layouts, not use pre-made ones.
003. Update regularly, like at least every few weeks. (An update can simply be a note on a blog)
004. If you're going away on holiday, or putting your site on hiatus, please let me know!
005. Keep in touch. Don't simply disappear, or ignore me, 'cos you'll make me cry :( Okay, maybe not, but y'know, leave comments every so often! ^^
006. I'm willing to teach FTP, if you don't have a clue, but if you do know your way around it, it'd be useful (:
007. Any type of site submitted is fine, I don't mind what you use it for. I do, however, reserve the right to delete your site for any particular reason. In this unlikely event, I'll give you a 2-week warning for you to create back-ups etc, then I'll delete your site.
